Last Tuesday afternoon Phlorum went to the rescue at The Coachwerks in Brighton by spraying the Japanese knotweed as  part of their social responsibility to the local community.  A photographer from the Argus was present and snapped Aidan (pictured) suitably attired for the job!

This year it seems is a bumper year for fruit, the trees and bushes are positively laden with goodies. Blackberries have ripened much earlier than usual and wild plums are everywhere. The sloes and damsons are looking as though they will be earlier too. Good time for foraging so get out there and enjoy!
