Under the Environmental Permitting Regulations, many industries need an environmental permit to operate.

Environmental permits apply to installations, waste operations and items of mobile plant. In Scotland, waste management licences are required under the Waste Management Licensing Regulations, for the disposal or treatment of waste, or the use of certain items of mobile plant to dispose of or to treat waste.

We can review your requirements for these permits/licenses and then assist in the application and/or management process. Many waste sites that import material and need an Environmental Permit may also require Waste Carrier and Waste Broker licences.

Phlorum has a wide experience in assisting clients to gain their environmental permits – contact us today for your consultation.
