We recently instructed Phlorum to carry out an independent technical review of an air quality assessment submitted in support of a dairy farm planning application affecting our local community.Ryan Boakes was extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive throughout. Phlorum Limited carried out a sound report for us as part of a change of use application for a building to be converted into my Veterinary practice. We needed to evaluate noise levels and provide a clear plan to ensure the kennel room met the council’s requirements.The team at Phlorum were friendly, quick to respond and very helpful throughout. The report was well structured and thankfully for me, easy to interpret.
