Although I don't live in the UK, I sent pictures of a plant I found in the back yard of my newly-purchased home. I previously put pictures in various searches and turned up nothing but kept thinking it was knotweed from descriptions on the internet. I found the Phlorum site and sent them pictures of the plants in my garden and Paul responded within 24 hours confirming my fears. Even though I live in the US and even though the company does no work here, Paul advised on the best ways of getting rid of this blight. I find that very commendable of both him and the company to offer both confirmation and advise my plants! These are good people to work with!

We recently discovered some suspicious shoots in our garden and we were worried it was the dreaded Japanese knotweed. We used the free service at Phlorum, sent three pictures and Paul very quickly got back to us, suggesting it might actually be coming from a bergenia (which we do have in our garden), rather than knotweed. It was such a relief and we can only recommend this service, it was superb, thanks Paul!
